Why Wholesale Hemp Farms

USDA Organic certification. Our hemp is grown on our certified organic farm in Wilmore, Kentucky. Organic certification means no synthetic pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, annual third-party inspections, and detailed recordkeeping. Your organization can document exactly what's in the products you're providing to patients.

Farm-direct traceability. You know exactly where every product comes from — our farm in central Kentucky. There are no anonymous contract farms, no brokers, and no gaps in the supply chain documentation. Full traceability from seed to COA is part of what makes our compliance package strong.

Independent third-party lab testing on every batch. Every batch we produce is tested by an accredited independent laboratory before it ships. We don't test our own products — that's what "third-party" means. COAs are available by batch number and published on our website.

Documentation package ready for your CMS plan. We've built a documentation package specifically to support clinic implementation plan submissions. You get every document CMS asks about: organic cert, state license, Farm Bill compliance letter, COAs, product specs, and sample plan language. See details at our compliance documentation page.

Our Compliance Documentation Package

Every wholesale partner receives:

  1. Current Certificates of Analysis for all products, organized by batch number
  2. USDA Organic certification for our Kentucky hemp operation
  3. State of Kentucky hemp grower license
  4. 2018 Farm Bill compliance letter confirming federal hemp status
  5. Product specification sheets (CBD content per serving, total THC per serving, format, ingredients)
  6. Sample CMS implementation plan language covering product selection, dosing, eligibility criteria, and safeguards
  7. Third-party laboratory accreditation documentation

The Implementation Process

Here's how the process works from your organization's perspective and where we fit in:

Step 1: Your organization elects the CBD benefit in your program participation agreement with CMS.

Step 2: You prepare and submit a CMS implementation plan describing specific products and dosing, distribution frequency, beneficiary eligibility criteria, and safeguards. We support this step with our documentation package and sample language.

Step 3: CMS reviews and approves your implementation plan.

Step 4: You place your wholesale order with Wholesale Hemp Farms. We support this step with competitive pricing and reliable fulfillment.

Step 5: Qualifying physicians in your organization distribute products directly to eligible patients.

Step 6: Your organization maintains records per CMS requirements.

Questions from Clinic Administrators

What documentation do you provide for our CMS implementation plan?

We provide a complete documentation package: batch-specific Certificates of Analysis covering cannabinoid panel, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbials; USDA Organic certification documentation; state of Kentucky hemp license; 2018 Farm Bill compliance letter; product specification sheets for all oral formats; third-party laboratory accreditation documentation; and sample CMS implementation plan language that your team can adapt for submission.

Do your products meet the 0.3% delta-9 and 3mg total THC per serving requirements?

Yes. All our oral CBD products are formulated and tested to meet both THC limits. Every batch is independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory. COAs are available by batch number for every product we sell. We can provide current COAs for any product before you commit to an order.

Are your products USDA Organic certified?

Yes. Our hemp is grown on our USDA Organic certified farm in Wilmore, Kentucky. Organic certification requires annual inspections, detailed recordkeeping, prohibition on synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, and compliance with USDA National Organic Program standards. We can provide certification documentation as part of your compliance package.

How quickly can you fulfill a wholesale order?

Standard wholesale orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation and payment. For initial orders supporting a CMS implementation plan submission, we recommend ordering 2 to 3 weeks before your planned patient distribution start date. Contact us to discuss your patient volume and build a supply timeline that works for your organization.

Can we review lab results before ordering?

Yes. We publish current COAs on our website and can provide batch-specific lab reports for any product before you place an order. We encourage pre-order COA review as part of your supplier evaluation process. Batch numbers, test dates, and full panel results are available on request.

What oral formats do you offer?

We offer gummies in multiple CBD concentrations, tinctures in several strengths for flexible dosing, and capsules for patients who prefer a format similar to their standard medications. All formats meet the CMS oral administration requirement. Contact us to discuss which formats best fit your patient population.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Yes, minimum order quantities apply for wholesale pricing. Contact us through our quote request page for current minimums and pricing tiers based on your patient volume. We work with organizations of varying sizes and can discuss a supply structure that fits your program.

Can you supply both ACO REACH and Enhancing Oncology Model participants?

Yes. We supply wholesale to participating organizations under all qualifying CMS Innovation Center model types. Whether your organization is an ACO REACH participant, an Enhancing Oncology Model practice, or preparing for LEAD Model participation starting in 2027, we can support your implementation with compliant products and full documentation.
