Return Policy


At Wholesale Hemp Farms, your satisfaction is our priority. If our hemp CBD products don’t meet your expectations, return them unused in their original sealed packaging* within thirty days of purchase for store credit. You’ll cover return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee on the original invoice price to cover processing. Note that our payment processor has changed their policy and does not refund transaction fees on returns. Items must be in their original condition with a receipt or proof of purchase. Bulk wholesale orders are subject to review on a case-by-case basis for store credit eligibility. Contact our team at sales@wholesalehempfarms.com to start the process or with any questions. We’re here to help. *Packages must be unopened and factory-sealed to qualify for store credit.

Returns are for the products only we do not currently refund shipping costs. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit.
