All orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day.  Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Saturday.  Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your package.

Free shipping promotions apply to ground shipping only. Expedited services, including Priority Mail Express, are not included.

While we strive to provide a smooth shipping experience, please be aware that shipping-related concerns are managed by UPS or USPS, and our influence over their operations is limited. 

If an order is returned to sender (RTS) due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, or if the designated carrier is unable to access the delivery location, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to have the order re-shipped.  If the customer chooses a return/refund when package is RTS, the original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total refund.
