Where We Are
Wilmore, Kentucky is a small town in Jessamine County, in the heart of the Bluegrass region. Kentucky has one of the deepest hemp farming histories in the United States, hemp was a major agricultural crop in Kentucky from colonial times through World War II, when Kentucky farmers grew hemp for military rope and canvas. After decades of prohibition, Kentucky was among the first states to re-establish a hemp pilot program, and our farm was part of that revival.
The land here is good for hemp, well-drained soil, reliable rainfall, and a climate that supports healthy plant growth without excessive disease pressure. Growing hemp in Kentucky isn't a new idea. It's a very old one that's come back to life.
How We Got Here
We started growing hemp when Kentucky launched its agricultural pilot program. We learned as we went, hemp agronomy has a learning curve, especially for USDA Organic operations where synthetic inputs aren't an option. We worked with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, studied organic growing methods, and built relationships with accredited testing laboratories to ensure every crop we produce meets legal and quality standards.
Getting USDA Organic certification took more than a transition year of documentation, inspection, and process refinement. The certification represents real commitment to a particular way of farming. We chose to pursue it because we believe the people using our products deserve to know that nothing synthetic went into the soil or onto the plants that produced their CBD.
Our Mission
Quality CBD should be affordable and accessible to every American who might benefit from it. That's why we sell farm-direct. Our Farm Practices
We don't use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Soil health is managed through cover cropping, composting, and rotational planting. We select hemp varieties suited to Kentucky's climate that consistently produce within Farm Bill THC limits. Every crop is tested before harvest and every finished batch is tested by an independent laboratory before it ships.
We believe traceability matters. When you buy from us, you can trace your product back to a specific batch, a specific harvest, and a specific field on our farm. The lab results are open. The certification is documented. Nothing is hidden.
